I'm a Certified Functional Breathing Therapist and Breath-Body-Mind Teacher. Having trained with some of the worlds leading Breath Masters such as Dan Brule, Dr Patricia Gerbarg and Dr Ricard Brown (Clinical Psychiatrists form the USA). My training with Patrick McKeown has also enabled me to specialise as an International Buteyko Breathing Method Practitioner & as an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Coach
After leaving my high flying career behind, working for some of the UK's leading advertising agencies, I eventually followed my passion and life's purpose: firstly, to help myself to overcome chronic anxiety and high stress levels through holistic therapies, and then to retrain in those therapies so that I could go on to help others.

I discovered the healing power of the breath after my daughter and I were involved in the Manchester Arena Terrorist attack in 2017. The overwhelming effect this work had, not only on my trauma and PTSD after the atrocity but also on my chronic anxiety, stress and menopausal symptoms was profound .
So my soul focus is now on delivering breathing therapy to people in this profound field of work and also supporting those charities close to my heart: The Peace Foundation, the Uk's largest charity for victims of terrorism, and The Relax with Lucy & Co mental health and wellness charity.
I believe that the key to health and wellbeing starts with the breath. It is the foundation from which we can transform our state of being: physically, mentally and emotionally.

As a Functional Breathing therapist, I re-educate people on how to breathe correctly.
By identifying and reversing your dysfunctional breathing patterns and addressing poor breathing habits, I can enhance your mental, hormonal and respiratory health and well-being.

I work with clients on a one to one basis or in small groups, to develop bespoke breathing plans. I teach science backed breathing protocols that will, given commitment and a dedicated practice, produce amazing results in ones overall health and well-being.
SERVICES I OFFER
I offer consultations internationally via zoom, running a 6-8 week standard course to fit your personal needs and requirements. The Premium course provides more contact time, including weekly catch-ups and culminates with three additional monthly follow up consultations.
I run specialist Breathing therapy courses for groups of 3 to 6 people either face-to- face or online via zoom. Groups fall into the following categories -
